We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your original purchase date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your original shipment.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid return shipping label generated by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Drop off your package at any Canada Post location and keep your receipt to track the status of your return until your refund is processed.
